AnalyzerIT is committed to providing our clients with the best quality online marketing services and the highest customer satisfaction so we have designed a Refund Policy fair to all parties involved. By paying for services provided by AnalyzerIT, you are agreeing to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
This Refund Policy was developed in an effort to identify how refunds are processed in the event that either AnalyzerIT or the Client decide to discontinue services.
General Refund and Cancellation Policies
AnalyzerIT provides services identified on our website through the use of proposals and/or other estimating documents and/or as identified in our SEO Deliverables section of our Terms and Conditions agreement. Services are typically delivered on a monthly basis, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Either the Client or AnalyzerIT may cancel the service by giving the other party a thirty (30) day notice period prior to the completion of each project.
AnalyzerIT may also cancel the service in the event of: nonpayment by Client; violation of any term or condition of the Agreement and related agreements; or if Client’s use of the Service disrupts or, in AnalyzerIT’s sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, could disrupt, business operations and/or hosting services; or if the Services are prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal or regulatory reason, by giving Client as much prior notice as reasonably possible.
AnalyzerIT services are provided on a monthly basis, therefore the client will be responsible for fees and services booked and scheduled even if they have not been provided and even if they are already paid, regardless of when the client provides notice of cancellation.

If Client has prepaid for services one (1), six (6) or twelve (12) months in advance, the client agrees that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services, regardless of when the client cancels the services.
Therefore, if the client’s account is cancelled at any point during the pre-paid term, the client will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund and does not have reasonable cause to file a dispute in any jurisdiction.
If a project is abandoned or dormant for more than 3 days, the client is not entitled to a refund on any payment or deposit for that project.
The cancellation procedure is subject to change without notice. By paying for services, you acknowledge that you are aware the cancellation policy is subject to change and it is the responsibility of the client to stay informed of any such changes. AnalyzerIT is not responsible for client ignorance or any losses that incur therefrom.
Refund for Services including Website Analyzing, SEO, Blogging, Social Media and Consulting
Prior to starting all website design and search engine optimization (SEO) services, AnalyzerIT will provide to the client a proposal or agreement so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before starting a project but must be adhered to by all parties once client makes an initial payment to AnalyzerIT.
AnalyzerIT may accept a refund request in some special cases and at our discretion but this will be decided at our sole discretion and any refund would be provided in the form of a credit to be used toward our services.
Refund for Lack of Results
We do provide answers to question commonly asked by our clients regarding SEO processes and the results that we hope to provide within a certain amount of time, however these are only projections and we cannot guarantee results therefore we DO NOT provide and refunds or money back guarantees on our services. We are not legally bound to produce measurable results and refunds will not be provided to the client if their expectations are not met.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A £250 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files are delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
